- Dee is a UWA Business School MBA Teaching Fellow and a Senior Management Consultant within private, public and community-based organisations. Dee’s experience spans decades in the areas of Organisational Change and Transformation; Strategic Leadership and Management Development; Governance; and Building High Performance Teams, focusing on Values.
- She has won multiple awards for teaching excellence and plenty of recognition in the leadership field. Most recently, she has also been receiving lifetime achievement accolades and the UWA Graduate Management Association 2024 Legend Award.
- Dee and I crossed paths as she was our teacher for the WA Office of Multicultural Interests Leadership & Governance program. Her work with the Australian Institute of Management enabled our cohort to work closely with Dee to learn more about ethics in the boardroom and help us on our development. It’s a great program, so thank you to those organisations for their commitment to supporting culturally and racially marginalised people to have greater representation in leadership roles.
